Description
Ignition Garage Products folding loading ramp allow you to safely load and unload your motorcycle, ATV, or mower into a pickup truck bed. This Cross bar folding loading ramp design is lightweight yet incredible strong with its quality 6061 grade aluminum construction. This folding loading ramp is arched to provide more clearance when loading, allowing more space for fairings, or mower atttachments. Sold as one individual loading ramp. Each aluminum loading ramp is 11 inches wide and unfolds to 89 inches in length. Maximum capacity on each ramp is 600 pounds, or 1200 lbs when used as a pair. When using pair, please see the optional ramp connection kit, part IG-9009KIT sold separately. The Ignition Garage Products Folding Ramp Clamp Kit is used to secure a pair of folding Cross Bar Ramps together. This kit works only with two Ignition Garage Products Single Folding Ramp - Cross Bar Design part number IG-9009. The kit connects the two ramps together for use when loading ATVs or UTVs into a pickup truck bed. These ramps take the pain out of transporting your motorsports equipment, with extra grip from the cross bar design. Made by Ignition Garage Products.

** 5 YEAR LIMTED WARRANTY **WARRANTY POLICY
1. TECHNOFLANGE INC. products are covered by a LIMITED warranty, covering defects in material and workmanship. The coverage period for TECHNOFLANGE INC. products are as follows:

All Ignition Garage Products, and Parts and Accessories are covered for a period of Five (5) years.

The product supplied by TECHNOFLANGE INC. must be installed in a manner that protects such product from external or internal physical damage and must be installed in accordance with catalogue recommendations. TECHNOFLANGE INC. cannot be held liable for product failure caused by improper installation or handling.
THE TECHNOFLANGE INC. WARRANTY MAKES NO ALLOWANCE FOR LABOR CLAIMS. The warranty limits liability to the replacement of the product.
2. Claims - No claim for defective materials, workmanship, shortage in count or measurement, or for any other cause shall be valid unless presented to Technoflange Inc. by the buyer within TEN (10) days of buyer's receipt of the material. Failure to present written claim stating the grounds thereof within such time shall constitute acceptance of the material for all purposes by the buyer. Reasonable opportunity shall in all cases be afforded us to investigate the claimed grounds for claim but neither our investigation nor our failure to investigate shall constitute a waiver of any right to disclaim liability. Our liability for defective materials and/or workmanship and/or any other cause shall in no case exceed the amount paid by buyer on our invoice price to buyer of the article or part thereof proved defective. We reserve the right, in all cases where a defect is found, to elect whether to refund the invoice price or make replacement of the defective article or part thereof. Neither a refunding of the invoice price or any part thereof nor a replacement will be made unless the effective article or part is made available to us for inspection in such a manner as we deem necessary.
3. Returns - Materials shall not be accepted without the written consent of the Seller, and in any event, shall be subject to the conditions and limitations imposed by Clause 2 (above) of this Contract. Products manufactured in accordance with customer specifications, in part or in whole, may only be returned on a consignment basis subject to the conditions and limitations of clause 2 (above).
4. Limitation of Liability
Part A - Seller shall not be liable for prospective profits of special, indirect or consequential damages, nor shall recovery of any kind against Seller by greater than the amount paid by Buyer on Seller's invoice price to Buyer of the product or part thereof which causes the alleged damage.
Part B - There are no conditions, warranties, guarantees or any other liabilities established herein except those expressly stated in Section 1 and 2 (above), and all other conditions, warranties, guarantees, statements and liabilities whether expressed by statute or common law or otherwise are hereby excluded.
