Reading the other reviews, I was prepared that the instructions might not make sense. The hard part was figuring out which bar was the driver side, and which the passenger side. Aries gives you no clue, and they aren't just alike. However, once that was done, installation was a snap. They look great and have held up well. I'm very pleased with them.

Installation instructions were pretty vague. It took alot of guess work, especially since I've never done anything like it. Once I figured it out the passenger side took about 5 minutes. These things look GREAT and make it alot easier to get in and out of the truck.

The mounting bolts for the rear brackets should be a 1/2" longer so that you could get both the flat and lock washers on. I had to use just the lock washers. Other than that it was simple to install and I have very limited mechanical skills. The nerf bars look great on my Ranger.

They rub on the frame of truck and make a noise that I can hear in the cab of the truck. I took it to the dealer and they adjusted them but noise is still there. Do you have any suggestions on how to eliminate the noise? How do I send them back for a refund without a cost to me? The original shipping box was torn up when the shipment arrived in fact the rails were falling out of the box when they arrived.

received the wrong part. the orinal order was for a nerf bar for a 2008 hyundai veracruz. what i received was for a 2007 tucson, kia sportage suv. Its been 7 days that i requested a shipping label. I am still wating.!?
