Each Nerf Bar has a padded step pads for traction. Item arrived in perfect condition. Had a little trouble bolting them on. The instructions could be a little more explanatory. Other than that a very good product.

Very good product and fairly easy to install. Only bad part was the installation illustrations were missing from the instruction packet. I am very pleased with steps.
