Northman 2300 Professional Commerical Series Snow Plow Warranty

1 Year Manufactures Warranty

Northman warrants to you, the original retail purchaser of a Northman Brand Snow Plow, that the snow plow will be structurally free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Northman further warrants that the snow plow hydraulic pump and components to be free from material and workmanship defects, under normal use, for one (1) year from date of purchase. Northman does not warranty wear or expendable items such as lights, hoses, cords, springs or cutting edges. This warranty is applicable only if the Northman Snow Plow was purchased new and operated within the United States or Canada. This warranty is to the original user only, and is not transferable. Should your Northman Snow Plow prove defective in workmanship or materials during the warranty period, the Snow Plow must be returned to the selling agent for replacement or repair of the defective part. Northman reserves the right to replace any parts with current production parts of equal or greater value. All claims must be made to the authorized Northman dealer from which you purchased your Northman Snow Plow. Your original invoice will be required as the proof of purchase.

Northman shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use or inability to use the Northman Snow Plow. No repair or replacement of any part thereof shall extend the Warranty period as to the entire product. Northman is not responsible for warranty service should the Snow Plow’s serial numbers been removed or should the Snow Plow fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, unusual physical stress, unauthorized modifications, removal of components, improper installation, tampering, alterations, or service other than by Northman or its authorized agents. The Northman Warranty Card must be filled out completely and returned within 90 days of purchase of the Northman Snow Plow to receive the warranty coverage. This Warranty effective on 9/1/2006.
