Installed these on our 2010 Pilot. Very easy to install, they look awesome, and are very functional. Our 4 year old can now climb in and out by herself. One suggestion is to have a friend help. The extra set of hands come in very handy.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the Romik running boards I ordered for my '10 Toyota Tundra double cab. The only (and biggest) frustration I had was with the delay in delivery. I ordered them on June 21st and they were delivered on July 22nd! When I ordered them, the confirmation email said they ship "usually in 1 to 2 days". Realtruck did a good job keeping me informed, but the delivery date kept getting pushed back. Finally they told me that the company was waiting for delivery of a shipping container (from overseas??). I got the impression that this is a recurring problem with Romik. The product itself was very good and had all the parts needed to install. The one-page instructions were simplistic (more photos than text) but they were understandable. I was able to install them myself in a little over an hour with basic hand tools (3/8 drive sockets and wrenchs in metric sizes)and no drilling. Since I was working by myself, I used a motorcycle jack to hold the board up while I lined-up the tabs and inserted the bolts. I would buy them again, but would want to make sure they would be available when ordered. Leroy, CA

The product is top quality and looks great installed. I had read the posted reviews prior to making my purchasere and they were accurate, the instructions are awful. The one and only picture might as well be of the ocean because it sure did not describe the running board installation. I got them on in about 2 hours and hope it is correct. They do look great and my family is very happy using them to get in and out.

Just bought the Romik running boards. Got it delivered in five days and in great condition. Took less than one hour to install. Only problem was one washer was of the wrong size. Luckily I had a spare to replace it with. The kids loves it and it looks great on my 2010 Honda Pilot.

Made really well, strong, instruction not so good--pictures mainly It shows bolt, washer lockwasher,nut--there are three types of flat washers-doesn't tell you which goes where. 1 bolt was missing in kit.
Running boards Packaged really well.

Even though I got the year of manufacture wrong I was able to modify the mounting brackets quite easily. The finished product has made quite an impression on several car detailing enthusiasts.

I was disapointed when I received the package. From the discription I was expecting to be able to drop the steps vertically down 2" but these are designed to extend the steps 2" out horizontally. I might still install them to give the wife a little more step away from the truck. The steps currently extend flush with the outside profile of the tires on my 2009 dodge 2500 4x4. The low rating is for the misleading description, the product is fine.

Overall the running boards look better than any of the others I've seen mounted on an FJ Cruiser. They were well Packaged in a heavy cardboard box and separated inside by two large peices of molded foam. The only two problems I found with the running boards were (1) There is a rubber seal filling a gap in between the flat non-skid part and the round stainless nerf bar. This seal on the set I received was not installed evenly, giving off a bit of a tacky look IMHO. This may not be a problem on all sets. But since I didn't like the look I remedied this situation by taking a sharp knife and trimming the excess rubber off in between the two parts to give it a nice uniform look and then running a large bead of silicone over the rubber on the underside of the running board to hold it in place so it didn't slip out of the gap later. (2) The only other problem I ran into was the fact that the instructions were backwards on which side of the truck the mounting brackets go on. (FJ Cruiser). If you install the mounting brackets with the flanges with the bolt holes facing outward or toward the front and rear you won't have any problems. If you mount them the wrong way you'll know....There will be a too wide of a gap in between the brackets to mount the running board.
All in All the quality seems good...I weigh 245 and I can stand on the rails with no problems so far. I did a lot of price searching before I purchased and found RealTruck to beat everyone else on price after the Instant Email Deal they offer.

The running boards were fairly easy to install once I figured out the brief instructions. They look good on the Nisan X-TERRA. The wide running boards won approval of my wife and other ladies who wear skirts ride in the vehicle when we are out in our door to door ministry. My two grandsons, five and seven years old appreciate being able to use the running board to step into the back seat through the rear door.
to me, the running board could be constructed so as to be a bit longer at the rear so that more step would be available for those getting into the back seat. Although, I have had no complaints from both the women or the boys.

Great product. It added style to my infiniti.Have had it for about a week. The only surprise was that I thought the top was rubber when in fact is metal of some sort also realize that your car will loose a couple of inches in hight and gain a couple of pounds. other than that I am loving it so far...

I am very pleased with these Romik running boards. They look really nice installed on my Tundra and were easy to install. They only took about an hour to install and are very sturdy. The quality and styling exceeded my expectation. I had an issue with the product arriving damaged but both Realtruck and Romik acted quickly to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

Only recieved half the instructions, Boards slightly tweaked due to poor packing for such a heavy item. Otherwise Very satisfied with looks and quality of product.
