1 out of five stars to testify that it took me 6 hours intall this mount that is printed to intall in 45 minutes. They left out the part that you must remove existing factory bolts that have been in place for 14 years and difficult to remove.(My truck is a 1995) I had to acquire a air chisel to remove them. Also, the kit includes fish wire to "fish" the bolt through the exisiting factory hole in the frame while you are supporting the 45 pound hitch receiver in place under the truck while you are trying to install because you do not have access through the other side of the frame! I tip my hat to anyone who can install this in 45 minutes. The quality however, is sound and sturdy.

First! Customer Service was very Helpful About This Snow Sport Product. Second! Do To Funds Available To Me at This Time I Decided To Purchase The Snowsport HD Utility Plow Piece By Piece, Seeing It's Only July Now And The Snow Won't Fly Around Here Until November. I Ordered The 2" Receiver Hitch, Just To Make Sure It Will Actually Fit On My New 2009 F-250 Ford Truck. The Hitch Came U.P.S. Within A Week, It Was Packaged In Bubble Rap, No Damage! Next I Took It Out To My Little Shop And Unrapped The Hitch And Wired It Down To My Floor Jack, I Then Started To Jack It Up To The Front Of My Truck, I Could See That It Would Fit Just Perfect But That I Would Have To Cut A Two Inch Slot In The Front Wind Shroud. I Then Opened The Installation Instructions And Layed Out The Installation Parts That Came With The Instructions, Everything Was There. I Then Cut About Three Inches Out Of The Front Wind Shroud And Jacked The Hitch Back Up And I Could See That Now I Could Start With The Install, I Lowed The Jack And Removed Two Bolts, One From Each Side As The Instructions Said, I Then Found The Two New Bolts And Lock Down Washers, I Jacked The Hitch Back Up Into Place And Installed The First Two Bolts, I Then Went Back And Grabbed The Four Carriage Bolts The Half Inch Fish Wire Flange Nuts And Square Hole Spacer. Next I Took One Carriage Bolt Put One Square Hole Spacer On The Carriage Bolt And Put The Half Inch Fishwire On The Bolt and Fished The Bolt Into The Frame Rail And Into Place, It Went A Lot Easier The I Thought It Would Go, I Then Took The Fishwire Off The Bolt And Installed The Lock Down Nut. I Did This Three More Times On The Other Bolts And Nuts And Slowly Snugged All The Bolts, I Then Took My Level and Leveled The Hitch With The Truck, I Then Tightened The Bolts Tighter. Next I Took Out My Torque Bar and Torqued All The Bolts Down To The Required Foot Pounds That The Instructions Called For. I Next Cut The Wire Tie Downs That I Had Tied The Hitch To The Floor Jack And Lowered The Jack And Removed It. Just About That Time A Friend Stopped By And Had A look And Said Great Job, Looks Good, He Also Said He Can't Wait To See The Hole Plow Sitting On The Front And How It Works, That Makes To Of Us I Said. All Together This Job Took Me About Two Hours To Do. I Am Also Disable With Back Problems, So A Fit Soul Should Be Able To Do This Install In About One Hour. God Bless! I was amazed at how easy this front hitch for my 2006 4Runner was to install. I took around 15 minutes. I also was very pleased with the quality of the hitch. I have nothing to complain about at all.

I had my car mechanic install the hitch and plow, and it's a good thing. The first Draw-tite hitch receiver did not fit my Jeep, and the second needed alterations. The hitch and plow are on now, and I'm waiting for snow. The set up looks like it should work well. The plow removes easily from the Jeep. Installation of the hitch to the Jeep was a problem.

I purchased for 2 uses. Mounted a bike rack on the front hitch while towing a camper. Towed 160 miles and it worked great. It was nice to have a view of the bikes and not wonder if they would still be there when I arrived at camp.
Other use is to park my trailer next to my house. The tongue weight is probably over the Class III limit but it is 1-3 MPH for 100 feet. This hitch made it much easier to maneuver the trailer.
The only complaint is that the mounting holes in the hitch did not line up with the stock frame holes on my truck. I had to extend one of the frame holes by about 1/8 inch. The directions mentioned you might need to widen the hitch hole but it was not clear. The install would have been under 30 min if I didn't have to kill an extra hour stretching the hole.
Overall I am happy and I would consider buying this hitch again.

I needed a front hitch to battled the incoming snow storm.
The hitch arrived on time, delivered to the wrong house, but it finally came to me via a neighbor.
It fitted just like a glove on the front of my Jeep Wrangler. A few bolts and I was on my way to install my Sport Plow for use.
I'm very satisfied that this product was available. The Auto repair
shop's manager was also impressed how easy was to install this front hitch.
It is very strong and the design made it also easy to put back the license plate.
I'm also glad to have talked with a very helpful customer agent at Realtruck.

Easy install, high quality, though it does hang down a bit reducing ground clearance. Worth it though, I use it to mount a 10,000 Lb Warn winch on a receiver mount for off-road. Parking boats and trailers in impossibly tight places is a piece of cake with a tow ball in the front of the rig! Also great for vehicles with limited rear visibility, impossible boat ramps, or for the "trailer-backing impaired" Putting the trailer in FRONT for launching or parking lets you see the trailer and maneuver in ways that would be impossible with a normal rear-mounted hitch. Bonus: I can tow a trailer and put a receiver-mount bike rack on the front for added stowage.
Great product...every SUV owner who hauls a lot of toys and gear should consider one.
