FYI- Your Online photos for Quick Rack system (GO-QR101)is a little deceiving at first glance. Once I assembled & installed the QR system, it seems to be doing fine for now, Not sure how it will hold up to the harsh temps in Missouri. This weekend I finally was able to haul a 24ft. Fiberglass extension ladder and had no problems. The next test will be to add the 8ft. step ladder into the mix... Do you sell any attachments to add on to the side to hang a short ladder off fro example? Please advise.

P.S. I would recommend to my family and friends your product.

The rack assembly was disappointing because some of the pre-drilled holes
didn't line up correctly per the assembly instructions.

With the rack installed it is too low and anything placed on top that hangs
over the cab has the potential of hitting/rubbing against the top of the
truck. I've had to add some 2x4's to the top in order to get enough
clearance to mount a canoe on the rack.

Love it the rack system is awesome. It has hauled anything I have put on it, and comes off easily when I don't need it.

I PURCHASED THIS RACK SYSTEM AND FOUND IT TO BE A GOOD PRODUCT, ALL PIECES WENT TOGETHER WELL AND IT WORKS FINE. I WOULD GIVE IT FIVE STARS.

Communication was regular and crisp. Appreciated the updates and follow up. Delivery was very good although the courier did a good job of banging up the box although nothing was damaged. Perhaps slightly better packaging could be an objective. Thanks
