KC HiLITES HID - High Intensity Discharge Lighting Systems
Built on the same Metal Halide lighting concept used to illuminate giant sports complexes, KC HID lights
turn night into day. KC HID's produce a light output more than four times the amount of any other light source

KC HID light systems for Harley-Davidson motorcycles have been designed to replace the factory side lights on all years of Road King and Ultra Classic models.
This system adds high-tech lighting power and style to these two kings of the road. Two ultra bright 5 inch round Long Range or Driving HID lights and our specially
designed HID component housing are included in this system. The product is designed for simple installation and retains the factory switching. Like the legendary bikes

Our shock mounted lights began with the famous Daylighter™ that we invented and patented in 1972. Not only does the Daylighter™ use a heavy-duty
rubber gasket (bulb holder) that isolates the lens, reflector, and bulb from the metal housing and elements of weather, but it also includes our
patented shock mounting system. The KC HiLiTES shock mounting system was developed as a way to isolate the lamp unit from the mounting bracket or
surface to which the the light is mounted. This system successfully reduces lamp failure due to vibration and has been proven through the extremes of
off road racing. Now, the shock mount system has been updated from the original to require no extra drilling. We currently offer a wide range of 6 inch
round lights in various finishes and wattages that include this proven shock mount system.

Our popular 50 series lights measure approximately 4-3/4" round and are available in long range, flood, and fog patterns with chrome or
black chrome finishes. With the changes to automotive lighting during the past two decades, there has been a major move toward the use
of halogen bulbs as the light source. This technology has proven to be superior to incandescent sealed beams in that the halogen produces
a much whiter light and has added more life and efficiency to the bulbs. Anticipating these changes and feeling that the halogen is indeed
superior to sealed beams, we have begun replacing our sealed beam lights with high performance halogen units as well as incorporating improvements
developed by KC HiLiTES, such as tougher filaments and higher wattages. These changes are being made to attain superior performance and maintain a long
service life, which are both essential for our customers. Our first units to feature these changes are the off road, long range models as well as our newly
re-designed flood lights. Soon we will be adding approved fog and driving units for maximized performance.

Protect your investment with these unique locking nuts. Similar to the wheel lock principle, a special socket is required to
install or remove the locking nut to help prevent theft. Each set includes one socket and two nuts. Fits all Daylights, 6x9 rectangular, 6"

KC Electrical Kits - Wiring Harness and Switch Kits
Wiring Harness: for roof mounted light bars, provides a clean factory installed appearance. Designed to operate 2 lights, this fully assembled harness
includes a 40 amp relay and is ready to plug into the lights. Additional plugs are provided for easy light bar removal. Pre-terminated Relay Wiring Harness: includes a heavy duty 40 amp relay, rocker switch, fuses and mounting hardware. It can be used to hook up any two KC lights.
Switch Kits: allow you to easily install your lights in about an hour. Our high quality wire minimizes voltage drop for brighter lights and our illuminated rocker switches
are rated at 28 amps.
Wiring Harness and Switch Kits
Quad Beam Kits: For increased vision and added security at night. On many late model vehicles equipped with 4 headlamps, the low beams go off when the high beams are activated.
KC's quad beam relay system allows the low beams to remain on with the high beams are on. Providing additional light in front of the vehicle for increased vision. Easy to install
and is legal in all states. Quad beam will work with vehicles equipped with low beam daytime running lights but will not work on those vehicles with high beam daytime running lights.
KC Blue Ice Replacement Bulbs: H-3 halogen bulbs cast a brilliant super bright blue hue light. Available in both 55 watt and 130 watt models to fit most halogen equipped KC lights.
