This product was ok. It worked pretty well. Installing it was tougher than what it says. You have to unplug pretty much everything to get the downloader to work.

I was SO disappointed with this product. It would not load on my truck...apparently there are LOTS of ways that the product will fail ...I spent over 6 hours with Technical Support to try to get it to work...never did...then there's the Downloader . .another piece of junk .. it kept interfering with me regardless of what application I was running .. I had to uninstall it .. I ended up sending the product back and getting a FULL refund. Perhaps some of you have had better luck .. but with this much heartburn, I did not want to mess around with this product on a $35K truck...
