The locking feature is convenient, and getting the bikes in and out of the racks is easy. Assembly is easy, if not a little tedious. My only real complaint is that the package was intitially shipped to the wrong address. Fortunately, it arrived on time, just one day before a planned vacation.

It is easy to install and remove and the clamping mechanism is easy to adjust and attach. The only drawback is if you have a bike that has external gear or bike lines, the clamp mechanism may interfere with them.
