They are very easy to install and I followed all the instructions. I applied them and a week later while driving down the highway one of the hood scoops blew off. The 3M tape does not hold and this could have caused an accident. Not sure what needs to be done for the hood scoops to stay fastened on.... but at this point I dont care.

(Bradford, PA) on 06/2008 The hood scoops I purchased looked great on my 04 Silverado, the black paint on the scoops matched the truck exactly the only problem I found was a small flaw in the plastic on the top of one of the scoops, maybe a finish flaw in the plastic. I noticed it but nobody else has said anything about it,if I had gotten them quicker I would most likley have sent the bad one back but I didn't want to wait the extra time to get them on the truck. They definetly make you notice the truck.
