I'm not good with cars, is there somewhere I can go for help on how to install my lights?
Many people have problems when they first buy neon lights and we understand your frustration. For this reason we have an online message board. Visit the message board and leave your questions and someone will be sure to answer them. Or you may contact us through our Support page by filling out the contact us form.

I really like my lights, are there any gatherings where I can talk to others about neon lights?
Yes! We have many gatherings through the year. Our most famous are the Spring Break Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL and the NOPI Super Show in Atlanta, GA. Please visit our events section for more show listings.

I'd like to install neon lights on my car, but I don't know if they're legal in my area. What should I do?
Well best thing to do is go down to your local court house, or police station. And ask them about neon lights. They'll tell you everything you need to know to avoid trouble. Most states have laws against certain colors, such as red and blue. But other colors are usually tolerated by the patrolling officers and you shouldn't receive any trouble. You could also ask someone on the message board.

I lost my instructions, can you send me new ones?
If its neccessary that you receive new instructions via postal mail, then please contact us. There are instructions available in our products section of our Web site as well

How many lights can I hook up to one switch? How many amps is each light?
The switches are usually 5, 10, or 15 amps. The 20" accent tubes are about half an amp and of course the 15" and 10" accent tubes are a bit less. The sg201 (Gold Series) is 4 amp and the BlueLine tubes are about .750 of an amp (3/4). The sg201 (Gold Series) transformer is 4 amps. It all depends on what your linking up. As with StreetGlow products, they are pretty much interchangeable as far as linking methods go. Please contact us if you need anymore help and we'll be glad to answer your specific questions.

My car has sealed head lights, can I still use strobes?
You cannot install head light strobes in a sealed lense. It must be a composite only. But, you can be creative and install parking lights, brake lights and reverse lights.

Can I add one or more tubes to my SG 201 under car kit?
You can add a 30 inch tube but we recommend you consult a professional installer or contact Streetglow via our contact request form.

I want my headlight strobes to beat faster, what can I do and how can I do it?
You can use a headlight strobe control module - It has special functions like zig zag, chase, flash all and speed. Check it out!

Can I install a 20 inch tube under my car?
No, our accent tubes are not recommend to be installed outside the vehicle. Interior only.

Have you done any cold weather testing? I live in Alaska and I wondered if your product would survive the subzero temperatures!
Yes our neon tubes will last in those temperatures. They will take a few seconds to get color into the tube though since its so cold, but they will work.

My front 30" under car kit bulb broke, is there any way I can get it Replaced or do I just have to buy a whole new kit?
No, in most cases you will not have to purchase a new kit. Streetglow.com does sell replacements parts. Check out our Support page there is a link for replacments parts.

Can you use the shift knobs on automatics or are they just for cars with manual shifts?
Our neon shift knobs are meant for manual transmissions only. Due to the unique design of each companies standard shifting knobs, we cannot make a neon shifter designed specifically for every kind of shifter for automatics. But because with standard shift knobs, its just a stick and a top portion, its easy to replace and hookup a neon shift knob.

How long will my online order take to be shipped to me?
All orders should be delivered within 7-10 business days, with the exception of items shown to be on backorder.

My neon product stopped working, will StreetGlow replace it?
If the bulb/glass is not broken then most of the time we will replace the item upon inspection by our technicians. Please call the warranty claim department at 800.STREETGLOW for further information.
