AEM's Water/Alcohol Injection Kit was designed to reduce air inlet temperatures, allowing you to increase boost pressure and advanced timing without having to run higher-octane fuel. It is like getting to run 100+ octane for the price of premium. AEM's water/ alcohol injection kit includes all the features necessary to do alcohol injection right. There are no hidden costs or optional components that are required. Choose from either a 1 or 5 gallon tank with an installed fluid level sensor. Also, because AEM thinks engine protection is a requirement, not an option, they include a safety boost safety output with every controller. This feature allows you to retard timing or reduce boost if the system runs out of fluid or detects an error. With the AEM water/alcohol injection kit, you get all the best features in one cost effective package.

  • Complete Kit:  The AEM Methanol Injection kit includes everything you need to inject a water/alcohol mixture into your vehicle.  The complete kit also includes three jet sizes to match your power requirements.
  • Alcohol Injection:  Run up to a 50% solution of alcohol/water mix in your engine.  The mixture cools your air intake temps, allowing you to run advanced timing and more boost, all the while making more power.
  • Boost Safe Controls:  Boost Safe lets you retard timing or reduce boost in case of an error or if the system runs out of fluid. 
  • Progressive Pump:  A 150 PSI pump provides progressive pressure adjustments to vary flow depending on boost pressure. 
  • Dash Kit:  The included dash lights allow you to check the system status and it also shows a low fluid warning.

Advanced Engine Management Inc. warrants to the consumer that all AEM High Performance products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of the original purchase. Products that fail within this 12 month warranty period will be repaired or replaced at AEM’s option, when determined by AEM that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship.
