Josh handled my call very professionally when I ordered. I received my Ridgeback in a reasonable time and there was no damage to product. I installed the Ridgebak by myself without any issues following the included picture instructions. The only problem was the drain tubes were missing. I called and your staff got on the phone with
BAK and had the drain tubes sent to me. I just received them two days ago. The Ridgebak is the perfect cover for the Honda Ridgeline in my opinion. Thanks again, I will not hesitate to use RealTruck again or recommend you to others.

Pull down handle strap is only secured with a single grommet and came off a week after installation. Probably should have been secured with a U-shaped bolt. That way when it came off, I could have tied a strap to it easily. Instructions were poor although installation wasn't hard to figure out. Actual top is nicely made. I would buy it again.
