I bought this as a gift for my brother. He has a two hour commute so he is really enjoying the heated massaging back seat cushion. He said it is great.

This was for my wife as she drives a cab for a living. It has really made the long hours on the road much better. Her legs and lower back feel much better at the end of a long day now. She loves her heated seat cushion and the massaging action really helps ease her tired muscles.

All the controls (the part that plugs into the cigarette lighter) fell out of the plug within the first 60 days! I'm having a very difficult time returning it.

This product is not clear that you cannot heat ONLY. You can only heat while massaging, which is not something my husband wanted.
