I have had the remote control for 3 weeks. The installation was straightforward when following and understanding the instructions. A quick call to Superwinch verified a few questions as I was installing the winch and remote in a trailer not on an ATV. Superwinch customer was very helpful.

One note on the installation, the remotes antenna should be mounted as far from the winch as possible as the winch motor can cause interference with the RF signal of the remote. The remote works as advertised, and so far seem to be working great, I can load and unload a car into my trailer without having to deal with a control cable from the front of the trailer to the back.

The only negative, you must be care full where you store or how you carry the remote control. If you lay something down on it or put it in your pocket and then lean up against it, the winch will engage, this could be dangerous or cause serious damage to whatever the winch is connected to. My suggestion would be to put a on/off switch on the remote that takes some manipulation to turn on so it cannot be activated by mistake.
