The SAC 1000 Series Superwinch offers a 5:1 safety factor, a Power in and out, a wire rope tensionsing plate, with a 6' control pendant. This winch operates on a standard household current of 115V AC, a real handsaver. It has a full load mechanical brake system, comes with hawse fairlead. The motor size of this winch is 0.6 hp, with a gear ratio of 159:1, mechanical and dynamic braking, and the wire rope dimensions is 3/16" with 50' length is included. Recommended accessories include: pulley block, roller fairlead, and an accessory kit.

Highly recommended!
After a lot of I research, I determined that this is the best choice to be found for an AC powered winch. The price is steep (although RealTruck has by far the best price around), but it is well worth it! The roller fairlead was a must for angled pulls, and the full-load mechanical brake was an absolute must for my uses.
